We do not publish a rate card, because no published price would be honest before seeing your property. The quote follows the visit, and it is firm.
Two apartments of the same size can demand radically different work: one has recent services and straight walls, the other hides plumbing to be entirely renewed and uneven floor levels. Quoting before seeing the property would mean either overcharging out of caution, or coming back to you mid-project to adjust.
We prefer the opposite: a visit, a survey, then a firm quote we stand by. The first visit and the briefing are free, and you leave with an order of magnitude before committing to anything.
Individual services
You are not obliged to take the full commission. Each service can be ordered on its own, depending on how far your project has progressed.
Full commission
The full commission covers every stage, from the initial briefing to handover. It is included free of charge when you also entrust us with the all-trades building works.
What is included
Option 1
Malak designs your project and supervises the site. You keep control of your own contractors.
On quotation
Fees are set after visiting the property, based on its size and the scope of works.
Option 2
Kasara carries out and manages all the works. One single contact, from the first drawing to the handover of keys.
Interior architecture included free
Included once you entrust us with the building works. Conditions are confirmed at the first conversation.
By video call or at your property. We establish how you use the space, your constraints and the budget available. Free, no commitment.
Measurements, condition of services, community restrictions. This is the stage that allows accurate pricing rather than a cautious estimate.
Quantities are established trade by trade. Without that work, no two contractors ever price the same thing.
Three firms priced on an identical basis. You receive the compared offers and choose knowing exactly what you are buying.
