Building works
Turnkey renovation in Marbella — every trade covered
Kasara takes on the whole build: structural work, electrics, plumbing, tiling, joinery, painting, air conditioning. One point of contact, one programme — and interior architecture is included free of charge from €50,000 of works.
What “all trades” actually means
A renovation involves around ten different trades: demolition, structural work, plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, plastering, tiling, joinery, painting, glazing. Coordinating that yourself means managing ten firms that never speak to each other, ten quotes drawn on different scopes, and arbitrating every time one runs late and blocks the next.
Taking on all trades means we absorb that coordination. Kasara sets the programme, orders in the right sequence, resolves the interfaces between trades and carries the delays. You deal with one person, one calendar and one consolidated budget.
That matters particularly on the Costa del Sol, where many owners do not live locally. Managing ten trades remotely, none of whom share your language or each other’s, is the single biggest cause of projects going off the rails.
Three quotes, priced on identical scope
Comparing building quotes is close to impossible for a private client: every firm describes the work its own way, excludes whatever suits it, and a price gap often reflects a difference in scope rather than in rate.
Kasara puts three firms from its network on the same construction package — same drawings, same quantities, same materials. The quotes then become genuinely comparable and you choose knowing what you are buying. That tendering work often saves more than the commission itself costs.
Interior architecture included with the full package
There are two options. Either you commission Kasara for the architecture alone — design, drawings and site supervision — and keep your own contractors. Or you take the full package and Kasara carries out the works: in that case, from €50,000 of building work, the interior architecture fees are not charged.
The logic is simple: good design saves time on site. A properly drawn scheme produces fewer surprises, less rework and fewer arguments with trades. We would rather invest that value in the project than charge for it twice.
Types of project we take on
Full renovation of an apartment or villa, partial renovation focused on kitchen and bathrooms, a refresh before letting, bringing a property back to standard after purchase, or styling a home before resale.
A 60–100 m² apartment usually takes two to four months. A villa or a project involving major redistribution takes six to twelve months, licences included.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a turnkey renovation cost in Marbella?
Allow €150–300 per m² for a refresh, €500–950 per m² for a partial renovation with kitchen and bathroom, and €1,200–3,000 per m² for a full renovation depending on the level of finish.
Is the interior architecture really free?
Yes, provided Kasara carries out the works and the build reaches €50,000. You then pay for the works alone: design, construction drawings and site supervision are included.
Who chooses the contractor?
You do. Kasara puts three accredited firms from its network on identical scope and presents the compared quotes. The final decision is yours.
Do I need a works licence in Spain?
Almost always. A standard interior renovation falls under obra menor; work affecting structure, façade or shared services requires obra mayor with a technical project. Kasara handles the application.
Can I follow the works remotely?
Yes. Every weekly meeting produces a written and photographic report, available in your client area.
How long do the works take?
Two to four months for a 60–100 m² apartment. Six to twelve months for a villa or a project involving major redistribution, licences included.
