KASARA's interior architecture fees are calculated from the floor area of the project, based on a reference rate of €100 excluding tax per m². A 100 m² apartment therefore represents an estimate of €10,000 excl. tax, and a 200 m² villa an estimate of €20,000 excl. tax.
This estimate covers the interior architecture commission: design, organisation of volumes, choice of materials and furniture, visualisations and project support. The works and specialist technical studies are entrusted to dedicated professionals, with their own quotes.
For the works themselves, KASARA can put you in touch with rigorously selected all-trades contractors, used to working from an architect’s plans, in Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís and across the Costa del Sol. You remain free to choose the contractor you prefer.
